PICK UP A PICKAXE
Alkeed is a vast side-view sandbox game with a world stretching 9,000 tiles deep. Carve out sprawling mines, build underground workshops, and connect them with shafts, elevators and power cables. Bring a torch. There are things down there.
It's a playable work in progress, not a finished release. If you want to poke around, the Windows build is right here.

251 lamp variants and views, outlet-to-lamp wiring, and a shared power budget. Too many lamps? They'll blink, then shut off until there's enough power.
The spawn supply chest has eight pages and one full stack of every item. Non-stackable tools get one copy. Old untouched supply chests are cleaned up.
Not built yet: production chains, conveyors and mining carts. No trains.
Neither right now. This is a native Windows x64 game for one player. No account required; it runs offline after downloading.
Extract the whole ZIP first, then run the executable from its folder. If Windows reports missing runtime DLLs, install the Microsoft Visual C++ x64 runtime. Don't download individual DLLs from random sites.
Documents\My Games\Terrestria-BasePollution. If Documents is unavailable, check saves-base-pollution beside the executable. Back them up before updating; experimental save formats can change.
We're still changing features, balance and save formats. The download is playable, but this isn't a finished game. The work log above describes what's actually in it.
